EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchanges & Returns:

Upon delivery, you are required to inspect the products to determine whether they comply with the agreement. You Pretty spends a lot of time searching and selecting designers and products and wants to offer the best. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or money back. Please send an email to info@youpretty.nl to report a return. All products must be in new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
Returns accepted by You Pretty will be replaced with a replacement product or the original amount will be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of prescription of the returned product. You Pretty accepts no liability for damage claims or consequential damage in any capacity substantiated as a result of the use of its products by consumers or third parties.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
