ORDER & DELIVERY

Delivery:

We ship with Post NL to the Netherlands and Belgium. After payment, the order will be shipped within 1-2 working days and will be at your home within 1-3 working days. We ship our jewelry safely so that nothing can be broken and/or opened along the way.

To order:

After an order has been placed, payment must be made within 24 hours for the Netherlands and within 48 hours for Belgium. If this is not the case, the order will be canceled and other people can order the relevant products. NB! Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel an order. This means that it is important that you always check your order and personal details carefully before finalizing your order. A payment can be made by transfer or a payment request. Transfer is made via the account number: NL56 KNAB 0414152522 in the name of You Pretty. To pay via a payment request, we need a name. The name can be indicated in the comments box when paying or by sending us an email with your order number after you have ordered. After the payment request has been sent, the payment period starts.
