What material is the jewelry made of?
  • All our jewelry is made from high quality stainless steel, which means it will not tarnish and will last a long time.
Can I shower, swim or exercise with the jewelry?
  • Yes, our jewelry is waterproof. You can wear them while showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping without worrying about discoloration.
How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my order?
  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95 and for Belgium €5.95. Average delivery time is 1-2 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
  • Customers can return within 14 days of receiving their order. The products must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. The customer must pay the return costs himself. When exchanging, we will deduct the shipping costs.
How can I return or exchange a product?

Are the colors of the jewelry the same in real life as in the photos?
  • We do our best to display the colors of our jewelry as accurately as possible on our website. However, screen resolutions may vary so there may be slight color differences. We see in our customer reviews that they told us that the gold color and jewelry are the same as in the photo! Amazing, right!
What if an item I want is sold out?

We work hard to keep our stock up to date. If an item is sold out, you can send us an email and we can respond when the piece is back in stock, or you can follow our social media channels for updates.
